Fitness #3

Today i show you squats. I think the most of you know them.

They're great for your ass and your legs.

Just go with your ass up and down, but make sure that you don't use your hands, stretch them out in front of your body.

If you think the normal squats are too easy, then go slowly down and jump fast up.
