Today i will show you 2 easy and healthy snack ideas.
You can eat them everytime when you become a little bit hungry and they are filling and taste good.
- For the first snack put some yoghurt, oat flakes ( or cereals) and berries in a bowl. Then just blend and enjoy it.
- For the second one take some curd, vegetables and salad, and put it on a piece of whole-grain bread. Then enjoy it.
