Food #1


My important hint for a healthy life is water, because it's great for everything.

You should drink 2 liter every day and if you follow this rule the water will wash all the toxins out of your body.
You will also get a beautiful skin and feel healthy.

If you think the taste of water is too boring, then you could just put in the water glass some pieces of cucumber, lemon, strawberry or whatever you want.
