Food #3

Today there is a tasty and healthy fruit smoothie, that is really easy to make.

  • You need 1 mango, 4 oranges and 1/2 lime
  • Squeeze the lime and the oranges
  • Peel the mango
  • And just mix all the ingredients

Fitness #3

Today i show you squats. I think the most of you know them.

They're great for your ass and your legs.

Just go with your ass up and down, but make sure that you don't use your hands, stretch them out in front of your body.

If you think the normal squats are too easy, then go slowly down and jump fast up.

Food #2

Today i will show you 2 easy and healthy snack ideas.

You can eat them everytime when you become a little bit hungry and they are filling and taste good.

  1. For the first snack put some yoghurt, oat flakes ( or cereals) and berries in a bowl. Then just blend and enjoy it.
  2. For the second one take some curd, vegetables and salad, and put it on a piece of whole-grain bread. Then enjoy it.

Fitness #2

Every week there is a day where you have to work on your condition, so go jogging or ride your bike.

But at first make sure that you have the right sport shoes and some music, because that's a really nice motivation during the run.

If you don't have time for a run then just ride on your bike to work for example.

Food #1

My important hint for a healthy life is water, because it's great for everything.

You should drink 2 liter every day and if you follow this rule the water will wash all the toxins out of your body.
You will also get a beautiful skin and feel healthy.

If you think the taste of water is too boring, then you could just put in the water glass some pieces of cucumber, lemon, strawberry or whatever you want.

Fitness #1

Today's Fitness excercise
This workout is great for a flat stomach, you just have to hold this position for a minute.

If you think that's to easy for you, then lift one leg up ten times and change the sides.

Do 3 sets of this excercise and don't forget to breathe.
